Hot pressed segmented blade is widely used in the field of stone processing, can cut granite, marble, ceramic tiles, concrete, bricks, etc. Different from the general cold pressing process, because the additional pressure is added during the sintering process, the segment will be more stronger, which is more stable and safe during cutting, and the segment is difficult to break.
We tested it on a 16mm granite slab, and the cutting life reached 200m. Even if it is cut very hard, Indian black granite, it can also reach 120m working life.
